Henry is a dual-qualified US and UK tax advisor with extensive experience in tax planning, cross-border structuring, and investment strategies. Over his career, Henry has advised clients in more than 20 countries, including sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, hedge funds, and high-net-worth individuals. His innovative tax strategies have collectively saved clients hundreds of millions of dollars.

Henry's expertise spans tax-efficient investing and US real estate strategies, helping clients optimise returns while navigating complex tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. He works closely with leading law firms, accountants, and financial advisors, offering strategic solutions to intricate tax matters. In addition to his advisory work, Henry has served on the board of Trustees for the UK's leading tax professional body.

Paul Baines

Since joining Oakmont Tax Solutions, Paul has rejuvenated our client relations and helped us grow into the business we are today. Managing everything from new client acquisition to global partnerships he understand how to create long term client satisfaction.

Coming from an entrepreneurial background working closely with Property Investors and SME's Paul has the vision and experience to help clients understand the how to scale a business whilst ensuring that it's tax efficient.
